By increasing self-awareness and self-understanding, you can reconnect with what matters most to you, such as your values, priorities, and sense of direction and begin to live with greater alignment and intention.

As a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, I integrate therapeutic knowledge and tools into the coaching process when helpful. This allows us to work safely with emotional challenges or deeper blocks, while maintaining a coaching focus on growth, choice, and forward movement.
